Terms of use.

These terms cover the Swapmeet website and its interface to the market registry and exchange contracts on Robinhood Chain. By using it you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

What Swapmeet is

Swapmeet is an interface. It lets you read markets and offers from public smart contracts and prepare transactions that you sign with your own wallet. Swapmeet never holds your keys or your funds, and cannot reverse a transaction.

Your responsibilities

  • You must be an adult allowed to use these services where you live.
  • You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign.
  • Anyone can open a market for any token. A market on Swapmeet is not an endorsement, a listing or an assessment of a token. Check what you trade.
  • Don’t use Swapmeet for fraud, market manipulation, wash trading or anything unlawful.

Risks

Crypto assets are volatile and can lose all their value. Smart contracts can contain bugs; the Swapmeet contracts have not had a third-party audit. Offers may not fill. Network fees apply even to failed transactions. Prices shown from third-party sources can be delayed or wrong.

Fees

Fees are set in the exchange contract and described on the fees page. The contract’s quote at the moment you sign is what settles.

User content

Market names, descriptions and chat messages are written by users. We may hide content on the website that is abusive, misleading or unlawful. On-chain data cannot be removed.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Swapmeet contributors are not liable for losses from using it, from smart contracts, from third-party data or from network conditions.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support.
